Known for drawing on plant symbolism and folklore, Dogviolet channel Mother Nature to tell stories spanning social injustice, familial challenges, sapphic desire and the power of community. The London-based four-piece was formed by wife duo Naz Toorabally (songwriter, lead vocals, guitar) and Ella Patenall (producer, lead guitar, vocals). Completing the lineup are Lauren Allpress on drums and Brodie McBride on bass.Their influences include The Cranberries, Silversun Pickups, Warpaint, Wolf Alice and Alice in Chains.
