Access and setup info
The Venue
There is one main entrance which comes directly into the yard. To the left is our brand new Yard Pub and in front is the main building, there are two large rolling shutters and a door which leads to the brewery.
The first shutter on the left leads to the toilets, the second shutter in the middle leads to the Brew Hall where we can have seating, a band or DJ set up or is sometimes closed. To the right is the door to the Brewers Bar.
Brew Hall
In the middle of the main building is our Brew Hall where we hold events. The space can be empty for standing or filled with bench seating. It is surrounded by our brewing equipment and a large Signature Brew sign suspended from the ceiling. This space is step free.
Brewers Bar
The Brewers Bar is only open for events and busier days. There is a small step up to access the bar from the outside entrance and step free access via the roller shutters.
The Yard Pub
The bar is located on the ground floor and is open every day. The entrance requires a step up (height approximately 23cm) but we do have a portable ramp to assist step free access, please ask a member of staff for assistance.
Access needs are being taken into consideration as we work to improve the space. We have menus in large print and can accommodate table service.
Toilets
There is one accessible toilet (which disabled customers have priority use of), 3 cubicles for women and a mens room with 2 cubicles and urinals. All are on the ground floor and step free.
We are a LGBTQ+ inclusive venue, our visitors are free to use whichever toilet they choose.
Events
All of our sites host events and we are consistently working to ensure that they remain accessible to everyone. Some events may use strobe lighting and haze.
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer audio assistance. Some venues have platformed seating which you can reserve by contacting us at 0207 684 4664 or access@signaturebrew.co.uk.
If you require a personal assistant ticket, more information or have any questions about a specific event, please do not hesitate to contact Lauren Bevan at 0207 684 4664.
Customers with Medical Requirements
We welcome all visitors who need to bring medicines, food or drink to manage a medical condition. In case of an emergency, contact a member of staff or security who will be able to help.
Assistance Dogs
We welcome all dogs including assistance dogs.
